Shipping & Returns
Shipping rates will vary from order to order depending on several factors including the shipping location, and weight of order.
Ground Shipping: Expected delivery is between 7 and 10 business days depending on your location and often earlier for those who reside in large cities.
All deliveries made before 12 PM MST on business days should be shipped same day. Standard overnight deliveries must be made prior to 12 PM MST in order for shipping to be received next business day. All orders placed after 12 PM MST where standard overnight delivery option is selected will arrive within 24hrs after the next overnight shipment goes out.
For all delivery methods we only ship on business days (Monday thru Friday).
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped that will include a tracking number so that you can follow the path of your order to ensure that it arrives as it should.
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We currently do not ship to freight forwarders.
P.O. Boxes & Military Mail
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Mail (APO, FPO, DPO).
State or provincial sales tax may apply depending on the state or province in which you are located. You will be notified of the charge before completing your order.
Important Payment Information
Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped unless item is pre-ordered during a promotion. Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. You may receive an error message during the checkout process if the information provided is inaccurate or does not match your records.
E-mails About Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
- Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number and details of the products ordered and shipping information. Shipment Confirmation: this e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected and your shipping location.

It is essential that you are satisfied with your product. We offer a full refund for unused products 30 days from date of purchased for items purchased through our website.
- A full refund on your purchase will be reimbursed however; we do not reimburse original freight charges.
- In order to receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts
- Keep a copy of your online purchase receipt for your records and include it with your return
- All returns that meet our E-commerce policy guidelines must be created on our site by filling out the RETURNS FORM
- Once the return information has been received, one of our Roket Gear Ecommerce agents will create a return number and provide you with a shipping label to return your product
- Please keep a copy of your shipping label so that you may track your return
- Once the return has been received and inspected and if it meets all of our guidelines, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to make your purchase. Once the package has been received by our warehouse, a full refund of the product will be reimbursed to the credit card used to make your original purchase, within 3 business days from receipt but depending on your financial institution, it may take 10-14 business days for this transaction to appear on your statement.
- As soon as a refund has been issued, you will receive an automatic email with your refund confirmation
For size exchanges, please send back your unused shell only and we will send you a different size. Your shell must be in new condition. We do not reimburse original freight charges.
